Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at the end of September. Traditional vinification,  with  two  daily  pumping  over.  The  wine  is  then aged in  tank for  nine  months  on the lees  before  bottling
soften the tannins.

Nose: Candied nose on cherries bouquet.
Mouth: Fleshy and tasty, with powerful tannins

Agrees with roasted game and red meats with character
