THE VINEYARD 6 HECTARES IN ORGANIC APPELLATION

Its soils of clay, limestone and Lot pebbles, ideally located on a third terrace, facing east-west, are at the heart of the Cahors vineyard.

The estate is certified in organic farming with the desire to limit inputs and then experiment with new plants and essential oils to stimulate the natural defenses of the vine.

PIERRE PRADEL

Creator of the estate in the charming village of Caillac, Pierre Pradel, grew up in the vineyard and wine industry. His father, Guy Pradel, winegrower and manager of one of the largest châteaux in Cahors, passed on 6 hectares of vines to him.

Pierre Pradel first seeks to cultivate grapes of impeccable quality, vinifies in an artisanal way, extracts tannins in moderation and invents delicious, warm, supple and fruity wines.

Pierre Pradel now relies on a partnership with three friends, Sophie Duruflé, Philippe Leguen and Boris Petric who share the same philosophy to promote organic and artisanal wine.
